Leader Jan 12, 1899 Seaman Garrison, one of the oldest residents of this county, died at his residence in Crouch township Tuesday, age 79 years. Mr. Garrison was born in Wayne county in 1820, and in his childhood was brought to this county where he had ever since lived. He was a kind and obliging neighbor and a good man.
