Nora May Rater Greene, 79, survived by her husband of 60 years, William A. Greene Sr., whom she married April 19, 1944; two daughters: Bonnie McCool and Karen Sparling, both of North East; an adopted daughter, Pat Bowman of North East; two sons: Bill Greene Jr. of North East and Kevin Greene of Great Valley; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Mary Camp of Ripley and Bernice Warner of Sherman.She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Rebeka McCool; four sisters: Gertie Rater, Mabel Taylor, Gladys Warner and Velma Meeder; and a brother, Lee Rater.
