Mildred M. "Millie" King, 83, of 601 N. Wisconsin Street, Port Washington, died Friday, January 8, 1999, at Heritage Nursing Home in Port Washington.

She was born June 3, 1915 to Harvey and Edna (Witte) Eisenmann in Mishicot, WI. On June 29, 1940, she married George E. King from the Town of Holland, WI. He preceded her in death on June 10, 1975.

She was a former employee for the Ozaukee Press Newspaper, Port Washington. In 1979 she retired from the Winding Department of Doerr Electric, Grafton. Most recently, she helped out at her daughter Patti's grill at her son's George's King of the Hill Bar and Grill in Port Washington. She was a fun-loving person who also enjoyed her kitties.

She is survived by daughters, Barbara (Dennis) Gaines of Lakewood, WI, Marilyn Yurk of Sheboygan, WI, and Patti King of Port Washington; sons, Wayne (Carol) King of Newburg, WI, and George King of Port Washington. She is further survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Paul Eisenmann of Mishicot, WI; a sister, Alice (Erv) Hardrath of Manitowoc , WI; a daughter-in-law, Mary Jo Schinker of Elkhart Lake, WI; a sister-in-law, Darlene Eisenmann of Mishicot, WI; her dear kitty, Lila; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George; daughter, JoAnne King; son, Jerry King; sister, Marion Hardrath; and a brother, Donald Eisenmann.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 12, 1999 at the Poole Funeral Home in Port Washington. The Rev. Robert Gossett officiated. Interment took place in the Union Cemetery in Port Washington.
