Theodore Hutchison age 92, a resident of the Wright Home, Manitowoc, died Friday
afternoon, February 7, 1997, at the Manitowoc Health Care Center.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 11, 1997, at St. Paul
Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Robert
Simensen with burial to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born February 9, 1904, in Sheboygan, son of the late John M. and Maatje
(Molly) Katte Hutchison. On June 1, 1935, he married the former Gertrude Buss at
St. Peter St. Paul Lutheran Church, Cleveland, Wis. She preceded him in death on
April 6, 1984. The couple farmed in the town of Centerville and the town of Liberty,
then moved to Manitowoc in 1945,
Survivors include two brothers, Clarence Hutchison and Henry Hutchison, both of
Manitowoc; a special friend, Erma Schroeder, Manitowoc; one brother-in-law and
sister-in-law, Milton and Winifred Buss, Newton; three sisters-in-law, Malitta
Hutchison, Irmgard Hutchison, Frances Hutchison, all of Manitowoc; many nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by
nine brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at St. Paul Lutheran Church on Tuesday morning, February 11, 1997,
from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
