STRICKEN AT MIDNIGHT, DIES FEW HOURS LATER
George Torrison, Well Known Quarry Farmer, Passes Away Stricken at midnight last night, Geo. Torrison, a prominent farmer of Quarry, died at his home there at 4 o'clock this morning.
Mr. Torrison had been suffering for several weeks but his death was unexpected and a shock to family and friends. Apoplexy caused his death.
Mr. Torrison was one of the best known residents of the county.
He was a brother to the late G. H. Torrison of Rockland. He is survived by a widow and seven children, six sons and one daughter, the oldest 17 and the youngest 2 years.
The funeral will be held from the home to Valders church at 2 Monday afternoon.
