MRS. ZIBA KENDALL.

Mrs. Ziba Kendall, aged 90, who was entitled to the distinction of being the oldest resident of the town of Volney, entered into rest at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M. Brando, last Friday. Mrs. Kendall had been in poor health for the past three years, and her demise, as a consequence, has not been unexpected. She is survived by Mrs. M.H. Brando and Miss Elizabeth Kendall of this village, Mrs L.S. Stryker of Utica, Mrs. Hilderbrand of Jamestown, Mo., and Mr. Henry Kendall of Old Forge. The funeral services were conducted by the Rev. S.T. Dibble last Monday afternoon and were largely attended. The bearers were Messrs. George True, B. G Clapp, N.H. Gilbert, George G. Chauncey, A.P. Tucker and O. H. D&vid. The interment was in Mount Adnah Cemetery.

She was the daughter of Jesse Coe, who settled in Volney about 1808
