She was the widow of the late Charles M. Hastings and daughter of the late Horace and Fannie (Plummer) Snow. Born in Marblehead, she resided in the town all her life. She was also a lifelong member of St. Stephen's Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Stanley R. Hastings of Ft. Myers Beach, Fla., and Melvin S. Hastings of Severna Park, Md.; a brother, Horace W. Snow of Marblehead; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Dr. Arthur A. Dirlum Chapel at Waterside Cemetery.
