Many options for Katie's first name, but as Katie is on the headstone, has been reported to me as the name used in a family bible, and was the name used by her husband in his WWI draft registration, that's what I have used here.

The other options - Katherine is shown in cemetery records, Kathryn in her son Charles' and daughter Malinda's obituaries, and Katy in her son Richard's obituary.
