Janet Boice (Schreur), age 84, went to be with her Lord, Tuesday, September 25, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents Arie and Helen Schreur; brothers Gerrit (Joyce) Schreur, Robert Schreur; sister Marie (Tim) Vruggink. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Dan Boice; children Daniel Boice, Ellen Boice, Paul (Amy) Boice; grandchildren Daniel Francis, Taylor, Brennan; brother Dale (Florence) Schreur; sister-in-law Lois Schreur; many nieces and nephews. Janet was defined by her walk with Christ and her joy. Her sweetness, her hugs and her graceful presence cheered all with whom she came in contact. Her smile and encouragement were her constant gift to all of us. Visitation with the family will be held from 5 - 8pm, Friday, September 28, 2012, at Cook Funeral Home 1889 Baldwin, Jenison. Funeral service will be held at 10am Saturday, September 29th at Ridgewood Christian Reformed Church, 1571 Baldwin, Jenison. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery. In honor of Janet, contributions may be made to Ridgewood CRC Benevolent Fund.
