Mrs. Anna Schiefelbein, 60, of 1601 N. Randall Ave., died Monday in St. Clare Hospital, Monroe, after a short illness.

The former Anna Clarke was born Aug. 13, 1913, in Rockford, and was married there April 5, 1930. She was a longtime Janesville resident and a former employee of the Woolworth Store and Libby, McNeill & Libby. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Charles Johnson, Janesville; six sons, Frank, James, Ramon, Albert, all of Janesville, Clifford, Elkhorn, and Herman, Darien; 29 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five sisters, Lucille Clarke, Rockford, Mrs. Hilda Kramer, Santa Ana, Calif.; Mrs. Marjorie Howard, Mrs. Elaine Starks, Janesville, and Mrs. Margaret Wincapaw, Loves Park, Ill.; two brothers, Harlowe Clarke, Anaheim, Calif., and Duane, Oshkosh.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the church, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
