Anna Maria Faupl, 92, of Aurora, died Monday, March 28, 2016 at Fox Knoll surrounded by her family. She was born December 1, 1923 in Musci, Hungary, the daughter of the late Adam and Theresia (Firle) Seifert. Anna dedicated her life to her faith and her family. She was a member of Annunciation BVM Catholic Church in Aurora, Illinois.

She is survived by her five children, Karl Faupl, Monica (Mike) Minalga, Joan (Bruce) Frantzen, John (Valerie) Faupl and Mary (Chad) DeKing; her grandchildren, Dean Rackley, Angela (Aaron) Chiaventone, Adam (Michelle) Faupl, Eric (Molly) Minalga, Diane (Mark) Friel, Jason (Lela) Frantzen, Mark (Kristen) Frantzen, Patrick Frantzen, Ryan (Fiancée Alicia Keller) Frantzen, Cory (Drew) Berlas, Kelly DeKing and Stephanie DeKing; two step grandchildren, David Hess and Doreen Hess; fourteen great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; her brother, Adam (Gisela) Seifert; and several nieces, nephews and cousins in America, Germany and Hungary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Faupl, Sr.; her parents; her daughter-in-law, Betty Faupl; two sisters, Julia Ban and Elisabeth Seifert; three brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law.

The family would like to thank the wonderful Nurses and CNA’s at Fox Knoll and Rainbow Hospice for their tender loving end of life care.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 2, 2016 from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY at 9:30 AM to Annunciation Church at 10:00 AM. Fr. Dan Peters will officiate with interment Marywood Cemetery.
