On April 19, 2015, Russell E. Biggs, age 78 of Baltimore. Preceded in death by his wife, Fern Biggs (nee Guda) and then his wife Sarah Sue Biggs (formerly Rankins) survived by children, Brian, Ida Maurice, and Anthony, sister Mary Lena Biggs and many grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday April 24, 2015 from 2 until 4 PM and 6 until 8 PM at Loudon Park Funeral Home, 3620 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Loudon Park Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Loudon Park Cemetery. Loudon Park Funeral Home
