The funeral service for Mrs. Matilda A. Alexander, 72, who died Thursday, will be held Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at Riemann Funeral Home Chapel in Gulfport. Interment will be in the Allen Cemetery at Long Beach. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6:30 this evening.

The funeral service for Mrs. Matilda A. Alexander, 72, who died Thursday, was held Saturday afternoon at Riemann Funeral Home Chapel in Gulfport with the Rev. R. B. Bond, pastor of Cedardale Baptist Church in Wiggins, officiating. Mrs. J. L. Head, organist, played as the prelude, What A Friend We have in Jesus; interlude, Rock of Ages; and postlude, Jesus, Saviour Pilot Me. Interment was in Allen Cemetery with Clinton Chestnut, L. T. Overtone, Hayward Thompson, Roy Allen, Guy Allen and Doug Allen as pallbearers.
