Bond, pastor of Cedardale Baptist Church in Wiggins, officiating. Mrs. J. L. Head, organist, played as the prelude, What A Friend We have in Jesus; interlude, Rock of Ages; and postlude, Jesus, Saviour Pilot Me. Interment was in Allen Cemetery with Clinton Chestnut, L. T. Overtone, Hayward Thompson, Roy Allen, Guy Allen and Doug Allen as pallbearers.
