Funeral services for Connie Lopez, 91, of Richmond, Texas, will be held Friday, September 8, 2017, at 1:45 p.m. at Cornerstone Ministry, 103 N. 2nd Street in Richmond. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, 3900 B. F. Terry Blvd. in Rosenberg. Visitation will be held Friday. September 8, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Ministry, 103 N. 2nd Street in Richmond.
Ms. Lopez was born October 26, 1925 in Richmond, Texas, and she passed away September 5, 2017 in Rosenberg, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joaquin and Guadalupe Reza; her husband, George "Oscar" Lopez; her daughter, Velia Ancheta; her brother, Jessie Reza; her sister, Petra Castillo; her grandsons, Gilbert Trevino, Christopher Goana, Jack Lopez, Jr., and Michael Lopez; her granddaughter, Rachel Munoz.
She is survived by her sons, Oscar Lopez and wife, Gloria, Joaquin Lopez and wife, Sylvia, Joe A. Lopez and wife, Mary, Rudy Lopez and wife, Oralia, and Gilbert Ancheta (son-in-law); her daughters, Jean Trevino, Julia Cruz and husband, George, Alice Castro and husband, Ray; her brother, Ramon Reza; her sisters, Modesta Vela, Mary Anders, and Gloria Reza; along with 25 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; as well as other loving family members and friends.
