MRS. BURNS OF OSHKOSH DIES AT 79
Mrs. Katherine C. Burns, 79, of 2117 Oregon St., Oshkosh, died at 5:a5 a.m. today at Care Center Nursing Home, Fond du Lac.
Born March 23, 1890, in the Town of Osceola, the daughter of Patrick and Mary Ann Manning Scannell, she was married to William Burns in 1913 at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Armstrong.
They lived in the Town of Osceola until moving to Oshkosh. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Oshkosh and the Altar Society of Our Lady of Angels Church in Armstrong.]
Survivors include one brother, John Scannell of Plymouth, and one sister, Mrs. William Mullen of Glenbeulah.
Her husband, one sister and one brother preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Twohig Funeral Home in Campbellsport and at 1 a.m. from Our Lady of Angels Church in Armstrong, Rev. Joseph Fischer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Monday.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kathryn Burns who died May 24 were held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Twohig Funeral Home in Campbellsport and at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Angels Church in Armstorng with the Rev. Joseph Fischer officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Leo Shea, Charles Sippel, Francis Burns, John Burns, Thomas Mullen and Robert Mullen.
