Harry Adams died in service to his country as a member of the US Army AIR CORP. He was a radio technician stationed in England during WWII with the 14th FIGHTER GROUP. He was on board a C-47 transport plane in route to Wales, when the plane crashed in bad weather during its decent. The crash occurred on Aug. 23rd and Harry died three days later in a Wales hospital. His cousin Ivan Henne visited him during his time in the hospital.
Harry graduated from William Christman High School in 1936. His brother Bob later enlisted in the Army Air Corp and his sister in the US MARINE CORPS.
