FUQUAY VARINA - Earl Bryant 'Andy' Andleton, 78, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006. He was born Aug. 23, 1928, in Halifax County, N.C., the son of the late Lee Bryant Andleton and Ola Willey Andleton.
Andy was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va. He had successful careers in retail management and as a Real Estate Broker.
Andy married Carolyn S. Simpson in 1965 and together they raised six children (names of the living have been omitted per Find A Grave rules). 12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews also survive him.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Trinity Episcopal Church, P O Box 821, Fuquay Varina, NC 27526, or Heartland Home Health Care & Hospice, 3117 Poplarwood Court, Suite 114, Raleigh, NC 27604.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 10 at Trinity Episcopal Church, 1128 South Main Street, Fuquay Varina, NC with internment at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11 at Peninsula Memorial Park, 12750 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA.
The family would like to say 'Thank-you' to the staff at Windsor Point and Heartland Hospice for the loving care they gave Andy. Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Home.
