• i. Elisha Baker, b. June 1, 1774 of record in Pomfret, d. in infancy Nov. 8, 1775 and is interred in that part of Pomfret after 1786 now Brooklyn, Conn.

On Jan. 10, 1779 at the Scotland Cong. Ch., then in Windham, Joseph m. 2) Lucy Devotion, dau. of Rev. Ebenezer Devotion, Jr. and Martha Lothrop, b. Nov. 12, 1754 of record in Windham, Conn. She d. Apr. 13, 1842 prob. at Windham, but is interred in Brooklyn, Conn., Æ 88. They had the following eight children b. of record in Brooklyn, Conn.:
