Funeral of Shelbyville Woman Held Near Plevna Tomorrow.
Shelbyville, Mo., July 16.—Funeral services for Mrs. Susanna Anderson Minor, who died Thursday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. J. Carty, in Shelbyville, will be held tomorrow morning at 10:30 o'clock at Mt. Salem church, near Plevna. Services will be conducted by Rev. O. W. Humphrey of Maywood, Mo., and burial will be in the family cemetery near Mt. Salem.
Mrs. Minor had been in poor health for a number of years and became seriously ill the evening previous to her death, which was due to heart disease.
She was born in Knox county August 4, 1844, residing there all her life. Her husband, James B. Minor, died in 1912 and since that time she had made her home with the children. Besides the daughter in whose home she died, there are Mrs. W. A Hyde of Pattonsburg. Mo., and B L. and J. J. Minor of Knox county. Two brothers. W. E. Anderson of Knox county and J. S. Anderson of Roswell, N. M., and four sisters. Mrs. M. E. Greenley and Mrs. James W. Hendren of Knox county, and Mrs S. P. McCracken and Mrs. George Minor of Newark, also survive.
Deceased was a member of the Baptist church, having her membership at Mt. Salem.
