Mrs. Arthur Utter, age 80, a resident of the Rennes Health Care in Peshtigo, passed away there June 5, 1985. The former Ellen Race was born January 31, 1905 in Harmony.

She married on May 14, 1924 to Arthur Utter in Marinette County. He died September 2, 1959.
Mrs. Utter was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Menominee, Michigan. She had cooked for the Marinette County school system and Reinke's Restaurant for 15 years.

Surviving are a daughter, Alice (Harold) Erdman, Sr. of Menominee, Michigan;
two brothers, George Race of Green Bay, Wisconsin and Robert Race of Peshtigo, Wisconsin;
four sisters: Eva Bowman, Bernice Loomis and Irene Walters, all of Peshtigo and Florence Loucks of Chicago, Illinois.
Three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Three brothers and two sisters died previously.
