JOHN CHMIEL
John Chmiel of 354 South Meade street, died last night at 8:24 at his home following a week's illness.
He was a member of St. Mary's Church, Park avenue.
Mr. Chmiel is survived by his wife, Sophia; two daughters, Mrs. Josephine Gavis and Mrs. Lottie Delikat, both of Wilkes-Barre; two sons, John and Frank Chmiel, both at home; one grandchild, Theodore Delikat, and a sister, Mrs. Sophia Fedorczak, Baltimore, Md.
The funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 9 from the home with a requiem mass at 9:30 in St. Mary's Church. Burial will be in the parish cemetery, West Wyoming.
