Memorial services for Clint Charles Collinsworth were held Wednesday, July 1, 1987 in the First United Methodist Church in Shamrock at 10:30 in the morning.
Rev. Steve Rogers, pastor, officiated.
Grandsons, Michael Collinsworth, Shane Collinsworth, Ricky Collinsworth, Cary Collinsworth, Scott Collinsworth, Cameron Collinsworth, Charles Carter and Joe Curtins, served as pallbearers.
Interment was in Shamrock Cemetery under the direction of Richerson Funeral Home.
Mr. Collinsworth died June 29, 1987 in the Shamrock General Hospital.
Born July 30, 1903 in Crowell, Texas to F.T. and Minvera R. Harrold Collinsworth, he came to Shamrock with parents as a child and had lived in the area most of his life. He attended Shamrock Schools and graduated with the class of 1922.
He was a farmer and rancher.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Shamrock Masonic Lodge No. 929, Scottish Rite, Shriner and IOOF Lodge.
Clint Charles Collinsworth and Zoe Ella Bell were married March 8, 1925 in Fort Worth. They celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary this past March.
One son, Eugene Collinsworth, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of the home, 429 East Second Street, Shamrock; two sons, Ralph Bell Collinsworth of Pampa and James Kenneth Collinsworth of Big Spring; 13 grandchildren and 9 great grand-children.
