He is survived by the following: Two daughters, Mrs. W. Douglas Higdon of Yarrowsburg and Mrs. H. Austin Cooper of Staunton, Va.; three grandchildren; two brothers, J. Christopher and Maulty C. Younkins, both of Yarrowsburg, and seven sisters, Mrs. Annie Waters of Brownsville, Mrs. Arthur Nokes of Yarrowsburg, Mrs. Faye Stone of Baltimore, Mrs. Luther Gordon of Gapland, Mrs. Calvin Tritapoe of Garretts Mill, Mrs. John Harrison of Brownsville, and Mrs. Merle Bireley of Frederick.
The body is at Eackles funeral home in Harpers Ferry where it will remain until removed to the Church of the Brethren at Brownsville at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, where it will lie in state for services at 2 p.m. Rev. Newton Poling of Brownsville will officiate. Interment will be in the Brethren cemetery in Brownsville. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening between 7 and 10 p.m.
