Wesley Tazwell Chappelle, 52, son of the late Henry T. and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Murphy Chappelle, died Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. at his residence, Back Bay, Princess Anne County.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Alice Ewell of Creeds; a son, William T. Chappelle of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. Bertie Henley of Back Bay; three brothers, William J. Chappell and R. Colon Chappelle, both of Back Bay, and George Chappelle of Norfolk, and four grandchildren.
Mr. Chappelle was a lifelong resident of Princess Anne County and was a veteran of World War II.
The body will be taken from the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home to the Charity Methodist Church for funeral services Friday at 1 p.m. The body will be in the church an hour prior to services. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
