Mrs. Anna Salta, 68, of 931 S. 31st Street, Manitowoc, died Friday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Monday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John S. Landowski will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mishicot.

Mrs. Salta, nee Anna Decker, was born Sept. 19, 1900, in the Town of Cooperstown, daughter of the late Martin and Mary Mazanek Decker. She was married September 6, 1922, to Edward Salta at Kellnersville where the couple farmed. The moved to Manitowoc in 1944 and Mr. Salter died Oct. 18, 1951. She belonged to the Golden Agers.

Survivors are three sons, Edward Jr., and Roamn of Manitowoc, and Robert of Two Rivers; two daughters, Mrs. Violet Robinson and Mrs. Dorothy Nichols of Manitowoc; a brother Edward of Manitowoc; three sisters, Mrs. Julia Siebold and Mrs. Lillian Hablewitz of Manitowoc, and Mrs. Rose Heran of Branch; 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A son also preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday where at 7 p.m., the rosary will be recited.
