Viola C. Habermann, age 77, formerly of Route 4, Chilton, died Thursday evening, February 8, 1996, at Chilton Village Home, Chilton.
Funeral Services will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, 1996, at St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. Ev. Gerald Serois will officiate with entombment at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum.
She was born November 7, 1918, in the town of Franklin, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Linsmeier Haas. She married Raymond Habermann November 28, 1940, at Kellnersville.
She was a member of St. Gregory’s parish and Christian Mothers Society. She was active in various sports both as a spectator and participant, especially enjoying bowling.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Richard of Chilton, William and Antoinette of New Holstein; three grandchildren, Amy, Michael and Thomas; two sisters, Marie DeNoble, rural DePere, Leona Masar, Manitowoc; a special nephew, Donald Dugan; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband on January 6, 1993, three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at St. Gregory’s Church on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, Valders, is serving the family.
