LUCILLE F. WILFERT

Lucille F. Wilfert, age 84, a resident of 1452 N. 23rd St. Manitowoc, died on Friday, October 27, 2000, at Shady Lane Nursing Care Center, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Gerald Foley at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc, Tuesday, October 31, 2000, at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow at Knollwood Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth, Wis.

Lucille was born June 13, 1916, in the Town of Mishicot, Wis., daughter of the late Herman and Rosa Bonfigt Franz.

She married Harold N. Wilfert October 26, 1937, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. Lucille and Harold celebrated 50 years of marriage in 1987. Harold preceded her in death, October 20, 1993. She was a long time member of Holy Innocents Catholic Church. Many years ago she worked at Lakeside Packing Company and the Plastic Company. Lucille enjoyed spending winters in Florida with her husband, and summers at their home in Little Sturgeon.

Survivors include four sisters, Caroline Haag, Gertrude Oswald, Alice Brunner, all of Manitowoc, Emily Fricke, Cudahy; three brothers, Roland (Lucille) Franz, Florida,Cyril Franz, Mishicot, Victor (Lorraine) Franz, Two Rivers; a brother-in-law, Ralph Wilfert, Sheboygan; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive.

Friends may call at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10 a.m. The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home assisted the Wilfert Family with funeral arrangements.
