Mrs. Max (Agnes) Pankratz, 76, of 128 Jefferson St., Valders, died Tuesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, Valders and at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic church, Clarks Mills. The Rev. Leander Nickel will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery

Mrs. Pankratz, nee Agnes Einberger, was born March 6, 1898, in the town of Rockland, daughter of the late Martin and Mary Rapple Einberger. She attended Manitowoc area schools. She was married to Max Pankratz June 14, 1922 at Clarks Mills. She was a member of St. Mary Parish Christian Mothers Society and the Valders American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, a son, John R., of Wauwatosa; four daughters, Mrs. Ray (Kathleen) Pollack, of Colorado Springs, Colo., Mrs. James (Phyllis) Young of Appleton, Mrs. Arthur (Mary) Franke of New Berlin and Mrs. Norbert (Maxine) Fitzgerald of Manitowoc; a brother, Clarence and a sister, Mrs. B.C. Pankratz of Manitowoc; 19 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A sister, Florence, preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-9 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
