Manninton-Jan 31 Funeral Tomorrow. Services for Carl Grubb will be held in Methodist Church

Funeral services for Carl Leo Grubb 22 years old who died suddenly in Greensboro, Pa last friday afternoon, will be conducted at 2:00pm tomorrow afternoon in the First Methodist Episcopal Church. Burial will be made in Mannington Cemetery by Frank H. Huey.

Mr Grubb was the son of Neason and Cora Grubb of Homewood (Jerricho) Addition. He was married to Miss Icie (Isa) Maria (Marie) Rogers of Grafton on October 12, 1925 and to them was born one son, Carl Jr. Mr. Grubb is survived by his widow, his son, his parents, two sisters Mrs. Ethel Straight of Mannington and Opal Grubb at home, and two brothers Harry Grubb and Lawrence Grubb at home. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church of this city and was held in high esteem by a wide circle of friends and acquaintances. His passing has occasioned much sincere regret in this community where he was born and raised.

We desire to express our sincere thanks to our many friends and neighbors for the many kindnesees shown us at the time of the death of our husband and son. Also for the beautiful floral tributes and the use of cars at the funeral. Mrs Carl Grubb and son, Mr and Mrs J.N. Grubb and family.
