Mildred M. (Midge) Cunningham, 92, of Burton, WV died Sunday, March 13, 2005 at her residence. She was born July 14, 1912 at Endicott, WV a daughter of the late Jerimiah Spragg and Gertrude Mae Musgrove Spragg.

Mrs. Cunningham was a homemaker. In her early life she worked as a substitute cook at the Burton Elementary School. She was a member of the Harmony Baptist Church and the Church Mission Circle.

Surviving are two sons and one daughter-in-law, Sonny Cunningham of Burton and Ronald and Sandra Cunningham of Bridgeport; one daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Larry Conaway of Mannington; one sister, Wilma Yeager of Paden City; eight grandchildren, Penny Novak, Perry Cunningham, Troy Cunningham, Charles (Chuckie) Cunningham, Bryan Cunningham, Lisa Bock, Larry (Smoke) Conaway and Jason Conaway; thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Beryl Cunningham, who died September 22, 2003; two brothers, Harry Spragg and Denzil Spragg; and two sisters, Edna Freeland and Genova Bissett McMasters.

Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 5-9 PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Wednesday with the Pastor Linda Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in the Harmony Cemetery at Burton.
