Rudolph Blecha, son of Joseph and Rose Blecha, was born November 17, 1904 near Munden and died August 9, 1989 at Estelle's Nursing Home, Clifton, at the age of 84 years, eight months and 23 days.
He was united in marriage to Clara R. Fisher, April 20, 1935, at Washington, and to this union two sons were born.
He farmed southeast of Cuba, where the family made their home until September 30, 1975, when they retired and moved to Clyde.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one granddaughter and two brothers.
He is survived by his wife of the home, two sons, Robert B. of Haddam and Paul D. of Chanute; one sister, Blanche Fisher of Belleville; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held August 12 at Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart Memorial Chapel, Belleville at 10 a.m. conducted by Rev. Tom Ballard. Interment was in Hawks Cemetery.
