Rita Marion Scott, age 69, of 2508 Division St., Manitowoc, died Saturday, September 23, 1995, at John Doyne Hospital, Wauwatosa, Wis.
Funeral Services will be held at 6 pm. Monday, September 25, 1995 (TONIGHT) at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Officiating at the mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. John Puodziunas O.F.M. with burial in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born January 31, 1926, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late John and Theresa Bohman Jagodinsky. She married Donald Scott on January 30, 1954, at St. Boniface Catholic Church. Rita was employed at Mirro Company for 18 years until her retirement in 1988. Rita was an avid golfer and bowler and also was a member St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Scott, Manitowoc; her mother-in-law, Helen Scott, Manitowoc; one son, William Scott and his fiancé, Judy Babino, Kohler; one daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and William Buth, Madison; three grandchildren, Christopher, Trent and Briana; one sister and brother-in-law, Lucille and Earl Miller, Manitowoc; two brothers, Emil and John, two very special friends, Agnes Mathewson, Lincoln, Neb., Audrey O’Neil, Manitowoc. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relative and friends. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, William H. Scott.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. Monday until the time of service at 6 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
A memorial has been established in her name.
