John Michael Jagodinsky, 57, of 1234 South 19th street, Manitowoc, died Monday morning at Holy Family hospital, following a short illness.

Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the Pfeffer funeral home and at 9 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Alfred Pritzl will officiate with burial in Calvary cemetery.

Mr. Jagodinsky was born in 1893 in Manitowoc and was employed by the Spindler company for 41 years. In 1915 he married Theresa Bohmann.

Survivors are the wife; two daughters, Mrs. Earl Miller of Manitowoc, and Miss Rita, at home; two sons, Emil and John Jr., at home; two brothers, Michael of Manitowoc, and Boniface of Ashland; three sisters, Mrs. Josie Jarvis of Milwaukee, Mrs. Rose Wichowski of Manitowoc, and Miss Margaret Jagodinsky of Chicago; and two grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Pfeffer funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday and the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
