Mrs. Donald (Marjorie) Sickinger, 58, of 10408 U.S. Hwy. 151, Manitowoc, died Sunday evening at University Hospital, Madison.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 10, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Alverno. Rev. Mike Somers will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be at the Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

She was born Marjorie Ann Mailand on March 14, 1933, in the town of Manitowoc Rapids, Manitowoc County, daughter of Lucille Neuser Mailand and the late Joseph Mailand. She was a lifelong Manitowoc County resident and was married to Donald C. Sickinger on February 16, 1952, at Alverno. Mrs. Sickinger had been employed for 22 years by the Foley Company of Manitowoc, retiring in 1987.

Survivors include her husband, Donald A. (sic) Sickinger; a son, George W. Sickinger of Manitowoc; five daughters and three sons-in-law, Kathleen and Arturo Cisneros of Two Rivers, Barbara and William Thomas of Manitowoc, Donna J. Sickinger of Manitowoc, Jeanne and Ernst Bolliger of Switzerland, and Jennifer R. Sickinger of Portage, Wis.; her mother, Mrs. Lucille Rohr of Manitowoc; two brothers and sisters-in-law; Donald and Dorothy Mailand, Joseph and Candy Mailand of Manitowoc; one sister and brother-in-law, Dolores and Dale Jungwirth of Rosendale, Wis.; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Mary.

Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday evening.
