Mrs. Roman (Lillian) Stelzer, 55, of 1520 S. 38th St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Saturday afternoon at the family residence.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Pfeffer Funeral Home, and 10 a.m. In St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Stelzer, nee Lillian Joan Gadzinski was born March 31, 1923 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Thomas and Josephine Markowski Gadzinski. She was married to Roman H. Stelzer May 16, 1942 in St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include her husband, Roman; seven sons, Gary, Bruce, Darrell and James of Manitowoc, Dennis of Clover, Wayne of Francis Creek and William of Negaunee, Mich.; four daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Katie) Rucinski, Mrs. Mark (Maureen) Wiegand, Mrs. Vilas (Darlene) Krueger and Miss Suzanne Stelzer of Manitowoc; four brothers, Alois, Leonard, Ferdinand and Edwin Gadzinski and two sisters, Mrs. Harold Klein and Mrs. Norbert Herzog of Manitowoc and 14 grandchildren. A son, Roger, four brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home, 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday afternoon, where a prayer service will be at 7:30 o'clock.
