Mrs. Louise J. Rezach, 86, formerly of 1202 Madison St., Manitowoc, died Monday afternoon in St. Mary Home, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Pfeffer Funeral Home and 11 a.m. in St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Theodore J. Hendricks will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Rezach, nee Louise J. Junk was born November 4, 1891 in the town of Schleswig, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Matt and Josephine Daron Junk. She was married to John J. Rezach July 7, 1915 in St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. A charter member, past president and secretary of Eagles Aerie 706 Auxiliary, she was also an honorary member of St. Boniface St. Ann Society and a member of the Women’s Benefit Association.
Survivors include two sons, Howard of Manitowoc and Tom of Springfield, Mo.; a daughter, Mrs. Edwin (Katherine) Jape of Knoxville, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A brother and three sisters preceded him in death.
There will be no visitation Tuesday evening. Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home after 8 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service.
