Michael F. Kaminski, 71, of 3613 Meadow Lane, Manitowoc, died Thursday in North Beach Medical Hospital, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate and burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Kaminski was born November 8, 1907 in Manitowoc, son of the late Michael and Marcella Derla Kaminski Sr. He was a Manitowoc resident all his life and married Anna Skladge October 6, 1927 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Two Rivers. He and his wife owned and operated the Kaminski Food Market in Manitowoc from 1941 until their retirement in 1976. Mr. Kaminski was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 710 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 706.

Survivors include his wife, Anna, a son and daughter-in-law, Ralph and Doris Kaminski of Reno, Nev.; four brothers, Anton, Florian, Ernie and Leonard of Manitowoc; two sisters, Adeline Kaminski of Manitowoc and Mrs. John (Emily) Befort of Appleton; two grandchildren, Star and Charles Kaminski and five great grandchildren. A daughter, Janis, preceded him in death in 1954. Two brothers, Alois and Daniel and three sisters, Josephine Tadych, Frances Waniger and Anna Dykla also preceded him in death.

Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Tuesday evening. A Fraternal Order of Eagles memorial service will be at 6:30 o'clock and a prayer service at 7 o'clock by member of Knights of Columbus, the parish, relatives and friends.
