Julius Kozaczuk, 68, of 931 S. 15th St., Manitowoc, died Monday afternoon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic church, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. John Landowski officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
Mr. Kozaczuk was born July 4, 1892, in Poland, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Luke Kozaczuk. He came to the United States at the age of 18 and settled at Manitowoc. He married Lottie Skrzytcynski Feb. 12, 1915, at St. Mary Church and prior to his retirement was employed at the plate shop of Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc. for 40 years. He was a member of Boilermakers Local 443.
Surviving are seven daughters, Mrs. Clifford Trottier, Mrs. Anthony Paskowski, Mrs. Earl Kugler Jr., and Mrs. Edward Decker of Manitowoc, Mrs. Frances Lemberger and Mrs. Russell Franke of Milwaukee and Mrs. William Armstrong Jr., of Rt. 1, Manitowoc; three sons, Leo, Edward and Charles of Manitowoc; and 16 grandchildren. A son, daughter, brother and sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
