Russell was the fifth of six children {four sons & two daughters} born to August L. & Mary Josephine (Renier) DeBauche. Russell served for four years in the US Air Force (11 September 1958 to 10 September 1962); he was honorably discharged as an Airman Second Class (A2C).

"He married the former Jean M. Glesner on July 11, 1964, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Mr. DeBauche was employed as a machine shop foreman at HMF, Inc. of Manitowoc.

"Survivors include his wife, Jean; three sons, Jeffrey of Two Rivers, Timothy and
James, both at home; two daughters, Barbara at home, Diane Kuklinski of Two Rivers; two grandchildren, Justin and Shauna; his mother, Mary DeBauche of Two Rivers; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Harold and Vickie DeBauche, Alfred and Christine DeBauche, Philip and Elvie DeBauche, all of Two Rivers; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Agnes and Fritz Ploor of Two Rivers, Beatrice and Fritz Nies of Manitowoc, Bernice and Glen Schultz of Two Rivers."
