Christine Hayden Yancey , 90, of Glencoe, died Sunday at Owen County Hospital, Owenton. She was a homemaker and a member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church. Her husband, Herschel Glen Yancey, died in 1981.
Survivors include sons, C.W. Yancey and Lloyd Yancey, both of Poplar Grove; a sister, Willena Robinson of Burlington; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at McDonald Funeral Home, Seminary Street, Owenton. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Squiresville Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Poplar Grove Cemetery Fund, in care of the funeral home, P. O. Box 474, Owenton, Ky. 40359.
