Barbara Jean Rorrer, age 55, of Fieldale, Va., died Wednesday, July 31, 1991, in the NC Baptist Hospital, Winston-Salem, N.C. She was born January 25, 1936 in Henry County. Her parents are Frank R. Fulcher and Rachel Cassell Fulcher, both of Fieldale, Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Gene Rorrer. She was employed by Fieldcrest Mills for over 30 years and she was a member of the Fieldale United Methodist Church. In addition, to her parents, she is survived by one son, Geoffrey Rorrer, Houston, Texas; two brothers, Wayne Fulcher, Fieldale; Frank W. Fulcher, Oak Level; two grandsons, Michael Geoffrey Rorrer, Jonathan Morris Rorrer. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Roselawn Burial Park with the Rev. Richard Harrison officiating. Collins Funeral Service, Bassett, is handling arrangements.
