Mrs. Genevieve Ann Rothermel, 70, 605 13th St., Logansport, died early Friday evening at St. Joseph's Hospital there. She was the mother of Mrs. C.A. Chassin of Kokomo.
Born in Logansport on Oct. 19, 1898, she was the daughter of Thomas and Ann Sullivan.
She was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabel, St. Anne's Study Guild and the Catholic Order of Foresters.
In June, 1919, she was married to George Rothermel, who survives with another daughter, Mrs. Nick (Georgianna) Robinson, Walton R.R. 1; one son, Jack Rothermel, Philadelphia, Pa.; one brother, Leo T. Sullivan, Dayton, Ohio and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Vincent's Catholic Church, Logansport, with burial in the Mt. Hope Cemetery there.
Friends may call after noon Sunday at the Kroeger Funeral Home, Logansport, where the Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Sunday.
