Found in The State 31 March 1904: The friends of Mrs. Ellen (appear to say, Viloa) Brown were much pained last night to hear of her death after a very short illness. She was a bride of a few short months ago, and was just 17 at the time of her death. She had many friends in this city. Mrs. Brown was the oldest daughter of Capt. and Mrs. W. W. Adams, and married Mr. Waller Brown, a well-known insurance man, who recently made Columbia his home. The funeral services will be held today at 11:30 at the Church of the Good Shepherd.

He is later enumerated as Waller Brown in Baltimore MD. His WWI Draft Registration Card is in the name John Walter Brown (however, the spelling of the middle name is unclear), DOB June 7 1883, married to Gertrude. He is a clerk for the Baltimore Copper Works.
