Nathan Clyde McSwain, 73, of Chesnee passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Regional Hospice Home. He was the husband of Mildred Foy McSwain.

Mr. McSwain was a native of Spartanburg County and was a son of the late Ed and Dora Calvert McSwain. He was a retired employee with Spartanburg Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.
He was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter and son-in-law: Cindy and Burt Worthy of Chesnee; grandson and his girlfriend: Grey Worthy and Nicole Hazzard; two brothers; three sisters; and a special sister-in-law: Ann Foy. He was predeceased by three brothers and one sister.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Fingerville First Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Andy Case. The family will meet friends following the service at the gravesite.

Memorials may be made to Fingerville First Baptist Church, P. O. Box 69, Fingerville, SC 29338.

The family will be at their respective homes.
