Corrine McSwain Webb, 81, of Chesnee South Carolina passed away May 26 2014. Born July 25, 1932 in Spartanburg County, she was the widow of Dewitt Webb and the daughter of the late Ed McSwain and Dora Calvert McSwain. She retired from the Chesnee Post Office and was member of Alverson Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her two children Roger Webb and Billy Webb of Chesnee; brothers Will McSwain of Chesnee and Hoyt McSwain of Raleigh, NC; two sisters Judy Baker of Rutherfordton, NC and Bonnie Owens of Chesnee; three grandchildren Jamie Webb, Britney Webb, and Billy Ray Webb.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Alverson Grove Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow in the church at 2:00 pm with Dr. Curtis Daniels and Rev. Ken Curtly officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will be at the home of Bonnie Owens, 495 Jolly Rd., Inman, SC, 29349.
