Sunburst roses and dahlias in tones of yellow, arranged in French baskets, were effectively used for the simple home wedding, Saturday evening, of Miss Florence Louisa Heames, and Mr. Francis Devereaux Watkins, son of Dr. and Mrs. George Beckwith Watkins. The ceremony was performed by Dean S. S. Marquis, in the presence of the immediate families and a few intimate friends. The bride was gowned in tulle over satin, trimmed with brussels lace and carried a bouquet of orchids and lilies-of-the-valley. She was attended by her sister, Miss Helen Heames, who wore a charming frock of cream lace and carried a quaint bouquet in pastel shades. Mr. Ralph Edmund Watkins, brother of the groom, assisted as best man. Mr. and Mrs. Watkins have left for an eastern trip and will be at home after December 1 at 2091 Third avenue.
