Mrs. Wenzel Kloida, 76, former Two Rivers resident, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Graham of route 1, Oconto, Friday night, following a four months illness.
Mrs. Kloida, nee Margaret Fait, was born in Bohemia in 1869 and came to Menominee, Mich., with her parents at the age of 17 years. She was married there 55 years ago to Mr. Kloida, who died 11 years ago. The family moved to Two Rivers 19 years ago.
Surviving Mrs. Kloida are four daughters, Mrs. Josephine Witak of Peshtigo, Mrs. John Graham, Oconto; Mrs. John Olson of Manitowoc, and Mrs. Margaret Kiffer of Oconto; and two sons, Frank and James Kloida of Manitowoc. There are also a sister, Mrs. Mary Marek of Lena and a twin brother, John Fait of Lena.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the St. Luke’s church in Two Rivers with interment in Holy Cross cemetery.
The body may be viewed at the Jansky funeral home, Two Rivers, where the rosary will be recited Sunday night.
