Miss Hayden was born November 14, 1897 at Maple Grove, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late John and Ellen Fenlon Hayden. Miss Hayden had taught for a period of 45 years, first in Manitowoc County and later as a special education teacher in Cudahy, Wisconsin. She moved to Manitowoc in 1979 and resided at St. Mary Home since August, 1982.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Evelyn Hayden of Manitowoc; 15 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Tom and Charles Hayden; three sisters, Bessie Rolland, Henrietta Henning and Ruth Lorrigan, and a nephew, Robert Rolland.
Friends may call at St. Mary Home Chapel, from 8:30 am Friday morning to the time of services. There will be no Thursday evening visitation. Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is in charge of arrangements.
