In Shaver’s funeral chapel at 3:30 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, the funeral service will be held for Mrs. Annie Avis, aged 77 years, who died at her home, Eighteenth Avenue west on Saturday.
Mrs. Avis was born in Barney, Ontario and came to Calgary eighteen years ago, residing here ever since. Rev. Dr. H. H. Bingham will officiate at the funeral and the remains will be laid to rest in Burnsland cemetery.
