Born at Cockburn, Ontario she came to Calgary in 1911 and resided at Calgary since. Miss Avis was employed with Alberta National Drug Co. until her retirement. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Services at Leyden’s “Chapel of Remembrance” Wednesday 3 p.m. with Rev. Robert H. Ball officiating. Interment family plot, Burnsland Cemetery.
